After each payment that they pay us, we pay you.
You pay upfront monthly based on the plan chosen. Each plan comes with the fixed set of hours. The website maintenance can include any task such as fixing bugs, content, images, video embedding and alike.
You pay upfront yearly based on the plan chosen. Yearly plans come with up to 30% savings annually. The website maintenance can include any task such as fixing bugs, content, images, video embedding and alike.
Depending on the chosen plan, we prioritize the maintenance tasks and go about resolving them. The criticality of the issues is also taken into account. However, our response time is very less when compared and varies anywhere from 8 to 48 hours depending on the plan you choose.
In case you have opted for our yearly plans, you can rollover unused hours to the to the next month. However, rollover is not applicable if you have opted for our monthly plans.
